Kirill Rubinski

Chairman of the Board of Directors, FESCO

Kirill Rubinski has been the Chairman of the BoD at FESCO, which manages the Far East Seaport, since 2010.

From 2005-08, he was a Member of the BoD at Russian Alcohol. He served as Deputy Vice President of the investment company Industrial Investors in 2003.

Mr. Rubinski from 1992-2000 served as Vice President, then Senior Vice President at the headquarters of the bank Credit Lyonnais in change of the relationship with Major Russian oil and gas companies, responsible for cooperation with major players in the oil and gas sector, particularly Russian companies. He also served as Executive Director of Marsh and McLennan Europe, responsible for the Project Finance, then as Director of Project Finance and Director of Business Development in Russia and the CIS at the European branch of Marsh and McLennan.

Mr. Rubinski graduated both from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and ESCP-EAP Paris.
