MRSK Center’s management actively participated in developing and promoting a new system of tariff formation based on return on invested capital (RAB regulation). The successful result of these efforts is the transfer of three of the company’s pilot branches to the new system as of January 1, 2009, and four branches during 2010. The company became a leader in implementing RAB regulation. Its remaining branches migrated to RAB on January 1, 2011
