Bank Vozrozhdenie

Vozrozhdenie Bank is among Russia’s 25 largest banks and has $5 bln in assets. The bank emerged from the former Soviet Agroprombank of Moscow Region, where it still retains a strong position accounting for 58% of its loan book. It also built an extensive branch network in Russia, with 172 outlets and 700 ATMs servicing 1.5 mln retail clients. Vozrozhdenie Bank’s main focus is retail and SME lending (14% and 54% of loans, respectively), and it is predominantly funded by deposits.

The bank’s largest shareholders are Dmitri Orlov (36% stake) and Otar Marganiya (19%). Around 30% of the bank’s shares are in free float and the stock is traded locally.
