The Russia Forum 2011, February 2-4, 2011
Troika Dialog is pleased to announce that for the 4th consecutive year it has the opportunity to organize the leading Russia and CIS investors' conference – "The Russia Forum", February 2nd – 4th, 2011 in Moscow. Similar to prior years, the event will bring together business leaders, investors, government officials and heads of ministries, leading industry experts and academics.
Since 2008 The Russia Forum has earned the praise of investors, businessmen and policymakers alike, who appreciate the opportunity to gather to debate topics and exchange ideas. Among our speakers have been such notable economists as Alan Greenspan, Nouriel Roubini and Nassim Taleb, Russian Federation First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, as well as such CEOs as Sir Richard Branson, Anatoly Chubais, Carlos Ghosn, German Gref, Vijay Mallya and Michael Milken. Last year the Forum drew a collective audience of 1,800 delegates from 51 countries and 600 companies. The Russia Forum 2011 will focus on the changing paradigm of the global and Russian economies. Will the dramatic cuts in public sector spending in much of the developed world derail global recovery? Given that emerging markets were not the root cause of the 2008 crisis, and given their ability to recover swiftly from there, is the recent lowering of risk aversion toward emerging markets likely to be a long-term phenomenon? Can and will changes in legislation, coupled with the advent of meaningful pools of domestic savings, result in further growth of financial centers in emerging countries? What are the challenges and opportunities facing Russian corporations and investors?
The Russia Forum is not only a meeting place for exceptional people capable of impacting the future of Russia and the world, but a new format of economic dialogue, an opportunity to learn about a diversity of ideas and viewpoints on the global situation and a unique opportunity to speak with global investors, political leaders and heads of Russian and international corporations.
We look forward to seeing you at The Russia Forum 2011!
